I think we all owe Dane at least two "thank you's" after the draft this evening.
- Thank you for picking such an awesome trophy that we can carry on year by year and each winner will have a part of.
- Thank you for picking a Defense in round 5. Never have I seen a defense selected before the 10th round. You could have at least saved the Seahawks defense for the 1st pick in the 6th round rather than the last pick in the 5th round. But indeed, thank you. We all needed that laugh.
P.S. Taylor, I hope you are looking forward to starting the year off 0-1.
Austin you must not remember Nick Rose's drafts the first three years. He was always good for a defense pick. One year he even drafted 3 of them. Haha.

This is true, but at least it wasn't until later, and I still made the playoffs that year.
